Note : Before you proceed with the following instructions, back up the database. If your organization integrates multiple Blackbaud products, refer to the Additional Requirements section of the backup article.
  1. Click Config, Tables from the navigation bar
  2. Highlight the table value you want to replace
  3. Use the Table Cleanup Wizard to replace all of the existing table entries with one single value
  4. Mark the option to delete table entries that are being replaced
  5. Click Admin, Globally Change Records from the navigation bar
  6. Select the type of change and click New Change
  7. Select the query of records to change, if appropriate
  8. Select the field and use the delete operator for the one table value
