Complete the steps listed below until the issue is resolved:
  1. Have all users exit and sign out
  2. Stop the SQL Server database engine
  3. Restart the SQL Server database engine
If the issue persists and using Mixed Mode authentication in SQL Server, verify or grant View Server State permissions to the REUSER SQL Server account.
