If your database is installed on-premise:
If your database is located in the Blackbaud SKY environment:
- Fully sign out of Citrix and the NXT Web View.
- Confirm your session is completely disconnected within the NXT web view.
- Try logging in again. The error should be gone and allow you to successfully sign in to database view.
- If the error continues, confirm you are on a compatible version of the Citrix Receiver.
