If your database is installed on-premise:

Manually update the workstation by running Setup.exe from the deploy package on the server.


If your database is located in the Blackbaud SKY environment:

  1. Fully sign out of Citrix and the NXT Web View.
  2. Confirm your session is completely disconnected within the NXT web view.
  3. Try logging in again. The error should be gone and allow you to successfully sign in to database view.
  4. If the error continues, confirm you are on a compatible version of the Citrix Receiver.
