Try each of the following steps in order until the error is resolved:

  1. If using a query to filter the search screen, verify that the record being searched for is included in the query or reset the query to the default:
    1. On the Open Records screen, select Options

       
    2. Click Restore Default Query

       
    3. Click OK

     
  2. Enter the search criteria again and click Find Now
     

  • Verify the search criteria is spelled correctly

     
  • Click Clear filters on the search screen
