Try each of the following steps in order until the issue is resolved:
- Auto-insert data by field:
- In the batch, select Tools, User Options from the menu bar.
- On the Batch tab in the left frame, select Default Batch Information.
- If Auto-Insert by row is selected, unmark it and select Auto-insert by field instead.
- Click OK.
- Remove the campaign, fund, and appeal defaults for the batch.
Manually edit the campaign, fund, or appeal values for the gifts in the batch.
