Delete the duplicate addresses:
    • Open the constituent's record
    • Select the Addresses tab
    • Highlight the duplicate address and click Delete

      Note: This is the recommended way as it keeps your database clean. Whenever duplicate information is found, it should be corrected. Otherwise, it may become difficult to get the information that you need.


      Suppress the duplicates in Excel:

      1. Export all addresses for the constituent
      2. In Excel, suppress duplicate rows
