Note : Before you proceed with the following instructions, back up the database. If your organization integrates multiple Blackbaud products, refer to the Additional Requirements section of the backup article.

  1. Create a static constituent query of the records to be changed
  2. Click Admin, Globally Change Records
  3. Select Constituent
  4. Click New Change
  5. Select query of records created in step 1
  6. Under Available Fields, select Biographical, Requests No Email
  7. Select Add in the Operator field and Checked in the Add field
  8. Select to create a control report, query of exceptions, or query of changed records
  9. Click Change Now to change
