Ensure the filters selected for the export do not exclude the constituent. For example, on the General tab:

    • Click Include > Selected records; ensure the correct query is selected or select All Records if exporting all records in the database
    • Select the appropriate Head of Household processing option
    • In the Include these Constituents box, mark the appropriate checkboxes (Deceased constituents, Inactive constituents, and Constituents with no valid address)
    If the issue still occurs, refer to Records are missing or incorrect records are exporting.
