1. Exit and Sign out of The Raiser's Edge
  2. Run the Update Accounts Plug-in and mark the Update Projects checkbox if appropriate.
  3. Log into The Raiser's Edge and check the accounts listed on the fund's GL Distribution tab again
 

If the above steps do not work, try the following:
 

  1. From The Raiser's Edge Configuration page click General Ledger
  2. Record the following information:
      Server Name:

      Database Name:

      Validate is checked
       
    • Unmark the General Ledger is present checkbox
    • Select Records from the navigation bar
    • Exit and Sign out of The Raiser's Edge
    • Log back into The Raiser's Edge
    • From the Configuration page click General Ledger
    • Mark the General Ledger is present checkbox
    • Enter the Server Name, Database Name, and Validate is checked information recorded in step 2
    • Click Establish connection
    • Select Records from the navigation bar
    • Exit and Sign out of The Raiser's Edge
    • Log back into The Raiser's Edge
    • From the Configuration page click General Ledger and confirm the information listed and is valid
    • Select Records from the navigation bar and click Funds
    • Open a fund records and select the GL Distribution tab. The fund account numbers should be correct
