The Constituent Giving History itemizes and subtotals each constituent's gifts. You can also include fund information and pledge balances.
- In Reports, click Financial Reports.
- Select Constituent Giving History and click New.
- On the General tab, select the appropriate date range.
- Go through each of the tabs and select appropriate parameters.
- Click Print or Preview.
By default, the report includes columns for Constituent Name, Gift date, Gift type, Fund, Amount, and Pledge Balance. You can change the columns on the Columns tab.
Each constituent's gifts are subtotaled by gift type, and grand totals by gift type are included at the end of the report.
