Try each of the following steps in order until the issue is resolved:
  1. If creating a gift in Records, select File, Save in order to save it to the constituent record

    OR

    If adding the gift in batch, commit the batch to save the gift on the constituent record
     
  2. Compare the filters selected on the Criteria tab with the information on the missing or incorrect records to determine whether the records meet the query's criteria. If necessary, adjust the query's criteria or edit the records.
     
  3. If the gift was committed from Batch but later deleted and recreated, add criteria to the query so that it includes the gift that was deleted and re-entered. If necessary, query on the specific gift record.
