If a report or reports are missing:
  1. Go to the Reports page, mark or unmark the "Only show my reports" checkbox
  2. If using the Financial Edge, ensure that the tag "All" is marked to the left of the list of reports. If it is not marked, mark it, as that could be hiding reports. 

If Journal Entry batch or batches are missing:
  1. On the Journal Entry page, mark or unmark the "Only show my batches" checkbox

If an export or exports are missing:
  1. On the Export page, mark or unmark the "Only show my exports" checkbox

If a query or queries are missing:
  1. On the Query page, mark or unmark the "Only show my queries" checkbox

If report cards or transcripts are missing:
  1. On the Mail, Forms page, mark or unmark the "Only show my mailings" checkbox

If an import or import parameters are missing:
  1. On the Imports page, mark or unmark the "Only show my imports" checkbox
