At any time, you can mark a track as inactive or you can re-activate it.
  1. In Configuration, select Tracks.
  2. Select the track to edit.
  3. To make the track inactive, mark the Inactive checkbox. To re-activate the track, unmark the Inactive checkbox.


  • Making a track inactive does not affect applicant records on which the track already exists.
  • If a track is inactive, it does not appear in the Track drop-down field on the Add a New Track screen on applicant records in Records.
