Try each of the following steps in order until the error is resolved:
 
  1. Ensure the correct Academic Year has been selected in Scheduling, the report or mailing parameters, or in Attendance
  2. Open the student record
  3. On the Bio 1 tab, ensure the entry in the Current grade field is correct
  4. Select Student, Student Progression from the menu bar
  5. On the Student Progression screen, verify that the student progression entry for the upcoming academic year is associated with the correct grade level. If an entry does not exist for the year, add a student progression entry.
  6. Save and close the student record
