• How to delete a class from Scheduling
    1. On the Scheduling page, click Edit Master Schedule
       
    2. Select the appropriate School, Academic Year, Session, and Term
       
    3. Select the appropriate class and click Open on the action bar
       
    4. Select File, Delete from the menu bar

      Note: If scheduling information exists for the class, a message appears letting you know the scheduling information and any associated student grades will be deleted. Click Yes to delete the class. Course requests will not be deleted.
       

     

  • How to delete a class from Records
    1. On the Records page, click Courses
       
    2. Open the appropriate course record
       
    3. Select the Classes tab
       
    4. Double-click the appropriate class to open it
       
    5. Select File, Delete from the menu bar

      Note: If scheduling information exists for the class, a message appears letting you know the scheduling information and any associated student grades will be deleted. Click Yes to delete the class.
