• In Records, click Constituents.

    • Click Open a Constituent and search for and select the organization with the contact to be changed.

    • On the Relationships tab, open the appropriate contact record.

    • On the General 1 tab, mark or unmark the Do not send mail to this contact checkbox.

    • Click More next to the address.

    • Mark or unmark the Send mail to this address checkbox.

    • Click Save and Close on the address record.

    • Click Save and Close on the contact record.

    • Click Save and Close on the organization's record.
