If a site administrator invites a user on our website and the user fills out the form and still does not appear on the View Users web page, there is a possible conflict between one or more records that must be resolved before the contact record is completely added to our records. However, the invited user will not show on the view user's page until the invitee completes the process to add his record to blackbaud.com.

Active users are those users who have logged into support on blackbaud.com. All associated users are all users at your organization who have an internal record with us but who may not have a login for blackbaud.com.
