With the Class Attendance Summary Report, you can list counts of student attendance entries for each attendance code by class.

Note: You can run this report only for academic years that are defined to track attendance by class. 

  1. In Registrar's Office, open Reports> Attendance Reports> Class Attendance Summary Report.
  2. On the General tab, select the school and the date frame, such as Specific range, This week, This month, Last month, or This academic year.

  3. In the Order students by field, you can select Student Name, Student ID, SSN, or Student Addressee/Salutation.
  4. You can mark the Create an output query of students checkbox.
  5. In the Report orientation field, you can select Portrait or Landscape.
  6. On the Filters tab, you can define the included records. Filters include student grade level, student status, attendance codes, classes, and teachers.
  7. Select the Format tab to determine how the report appears.
  8. Use the Headings section to enter a maximum of 60 characters in the Title and Subtitle fields.
  9. In the Align field, you can select Left, Center, or Right.
  10. You can mark the Print organization name in header checkbox.
  11. You can select to print the page number and/or report date in the heading, and determine the alignment of each (Left, Center, or Right).
  12. You can mark the Print report heading on each page checkbox. 
  1. Create a student query with the following criteria: Attendance, Class Attendance,Class Tardy Count
  2. Add other desired criteria and filters.
  3. Run the Query to see results.
