CAMPAIGNS
To associate or link a Campaign to a Fund or Appeal in The Raiser's Edge standard
  1. Under RE > Records, open the desired Campaign record
  2. Select the Funds or Appeals tab
  3. Use the binoculars to associate and link this fund

To associate or link a Campaign to a Fund or Appeal in The Raiser's Edge Enterprise

A) Add the Fund to the Giving Hierarchy

Note: Due to the Giving Hierarchy, The Raiser's Edge Enterprise does not have a Funds tab on the campaign.
  1. In the campaign, select the Giving Hierarchy tab.
  2. Click the small down arrow next to Add New Fund.
  3. Select Add New Fund or Add Existing Fund.
  4. add fund

B) Import the Funds or Appeals onto the Campaign record
  1. Create a CSV (Comma Separated Values) file with the following headers in the first row:
    CampID, CampFundID (or CampAppealID, depending on what you want to import)
  2. In the CampID column, enter the ID of the campaign onto which funds or appeals will be imported.
  3. In the CampFundID (or CampAppealID) column, enter the ID of the fund (or appeal) to be imported onto the campaign record.
  4. Save and close the CSV file.
  5. In Administration, click Import.
  6. In the Campaign category, highlight Campaign Fund (or Campaign Appeal) and click New.
  7. Import the CSV file.

FUNDS
To associate or link a Fund to a Campaign or Appeal
  1. Under RE > Records, open the desired Fund record
  2. Select the Campaigns or Appeals tab
  3. Use the binoculars to associate and link this fund.

APPEALS
To associate or link an Appeal to a Campaign or Fund
  1. Under RE > Records, open the desired Appeal record
  2. Select the Campaigns or Funds tab
  3. Use the binoculars to associate and link this fund.
