To associate or link a Campaign to a Fund or Appeal in The Raiser's Edge standard
- Under RE > Records, open the desired Campaign record
- Select the Funds or Appeals tab
- Use the binoculars to associate and link this fund
To associate or link a Campaign to a Fund or Appeal in The Raiser's Edge Enterprise
A) Add the Fund to the Giving Hierarchy
Note: Due to the Giving Hierarchy, The Raiser's Edge Enterprise does not have a Funds tab on the campaign.
- In the campaign, select the Giving Hierarchy tab.
- Click the small down arrow next to Add New Fund.
- Select Add New Fund or Add Existing Fund.

B) Import the Funds or Appeals onto the Campaign record

- Create a CSV (Comma Separated Values) file with the following headers in the first row:
CampID, CampFundID (or CampAppealID, depending on what you want to import) - In the CampID column, enter the ID of the campaign onto which funds or appeals will be imported.
- In the CampFundID (or CampAppealID) column, enter the ID of the fund (or appeal) to be imported onto the campaign record.
- Save and close the CSV file.
- In Administration, click Import.
- In the Campaign category, highlight Campaign Fund (or Campaign Appeal) and click New.
- Import the CSV file.
FUNDS

- Select the Campaigns or Appeals tab
- Use the binoculars to associate and link this fund.
APPEALS
To associate or link an Appeal to a Campaign or Fund
- Under RE > Records, open the desired Appeal record
- Select the Campaigns or Funds tab
- Use the binoculars to associate and link this fund.
