Try each of the following until the issue is resolved:
  1. Select File > Exit and Sign Out of the Financial Edge application and log back in. If you are hosted with Blackbaud, log out of the Blackbaud Hosting Services page as well before logging back in.
  2. Ensure there is a default printer selected under File > Print Setup
  3. If hosted with Blackbaud, try changing the default printer in File > Print Setup to the Citrix Universal Printer
  4. Add a new user name with the same security rights as the problem user in The Raiser's Edge 7 or The Financial Edge. If this corrects the issue, review What to consider before deleting a user name and delete the problem user name.
