Error: Overflow when opening a batch from NetDonors or Sphere

When opening a batch created from NetDonors, users receive an 'Overflow' error message. This error appears for multiple batches on several workstations.

When this error message happens, you have two options based on whether correcting the issue is time critical:
  • Time critical: Manually look up the transactions in IATS, add the transactions to a new batch, and commit the new batch. Note: If you use Blackbaud Merchant Services (BBMS), we can assist you in looking up the transactions.  
     
  • Not time critical: Request us to create a plug-in to correct the issue. In order to do this, click Create a Case in the Additional Assistance box on the right. Reference this solution ID and send us a copy of your data. A support analyst will contact you. Note: Once we receive your data, it will take time for us to create the plug-in. During this time, you will not be able to access the batch.
