- Time critical: Manually look up the transactions in IATS, add the transactions to a new batch, and commit the new batch. Note: If you use Blackbaud Merchant Services (BBMS), we can assist you in looking up the transactions.
- Not time critical: Request us to create a plug-in to correct the issue. In order to do this, click Create a Case in the Additional Assistance box on the right. Reference this solution ID and send us a copy of your data. A support analyst will contact you. Note: Once we receive your data, it will take time for us to create the plug-in. During this time, you will not be able to access the batch.
