Clients are tied to the Payments on a Deposit, not the Deposit itself

  1. In Records, select Payments.
  2. Select Add a new payment.
  3. Select the Deposit on which to add the payment.
  4. Enter the Payment information.

From a Deposit:

  1. Create a new Deposit or open an existing Deposit.
  2. Select the Payments Tab.
  3. Click Add a new Payment.
  4. Enter the Payment information
    Note: You must not have a date in Payment Cleared on in order to add Payments to a Deposit
