If the issue is occurring on one workstation, then complete the following steps:
- Browse to the new server's Deploy folder from the workstation
- Manually update/repair the workstation by running setup.exe
At times, it may be necessary to move a Blackbaud application to a new server. In order for workstations to continue accessing the database, receiving software upgrades and updates, workstations need to be know where the new server is located.
