This can occur to one or more FAWeb users, if only one user is affected recreate the user's security record in Education Edge by following these steps:

1. Administration>Set up System Security
2. Open security record user and change username to be something else other than original username (ex. [username]1 or XX[username])
3. Online Security tab and unmark Faculty Access for the Web
4. Save and Close
5. Create a new user with the original username/password
6. Online Security tab and mark Faculty Access for the Web and link Faculty record
7. Delete original Security record if necessary
