1. Click Config, International 2. Highlight the appropriate country and click Open 3. In the Address Block, ensure the country is not included if you do not want it to print. Or ensure that it is included if you do want it to print. 4. Click Save and Close 5. In the mail function, ensure that the Country is included as an available field.
If the country still prints (or does not print) after completing the above steps, ensure that there is not a duplicate country. If so, delete it. If there is not a duplicate and it still does not print properly: 1. Click Configuration, General 2. See what country is listed in the country field 3. Open this country from Configuration, International and ensure that the address block is set up properly.
