Try each of the following steps in order until the issue is resolved:
 
  1. To resolve issues with pending transactions, download and run the Update Pending Transactions plug-in.
  2. Delete the batch of exceptions created when EFT gifts were committed
  3. On the Automatically Generate Transactions/Payments screen, change the date listed for the Transactions Due On or Before field to include the installments for those gifts
  4. Change the transaction type, gift type, or pay method to include the correct gifts
  5. Unmark the Generate instructions only checkbox. Note: This checkbox is only available in the UK version of The Raiser's Edge when the Paperless mandates used checkbox is marked on the General tab of the Configuration screen.
