Try each of the following steps in order until the issue is resolved:
  1. Open the ODBC Data Source Administrator
  2. Select the System DSN tab
  3. Select the appropriate database name and click Configure
  4. Verify the SQL Server name listed in the ODBC data source administrator matches the name listed in the Blackbaud Management Console
  5. Click Next
  6. Unmark the Connect to SQL Server to obtain default settings for the additional configuration points checkbox
  7. Click Next
  8. Select the appropriate default database for the drop-down menu and click Next
  9. Click Finish, OK
