• Open the parameters for the Gift Detail and Summary Report
    • On the general tab, select report type Summary or Both
    • On the Columns tab, select the appropriate view from the Report View drop-down menu: Detail, Summarize by Campaign, Summarize by Fund, Summarize by Appeal, Summarize by Constit Code
    • Remove the incorrect column under Selected Columns
    • Select the correct field/column under Available Fields (The new column will appear in the bottom of the list under Selected Columns)
    • Using the up and down arrow buttons, move the new column to the desired location
    • Save the parameters
    • Rerun the report
       



    For example, if the Fund ID column is displaying instead of the Fund Description:

      • Open the parameters for the Gift Detail and Summary Report
         
      • On the Columns tab, select the appropriate view and remove the Fund ID and select the Fund Description
         
      • Save the parameters
         
      • Rerun the report
