1. Open the Project record
    2. Select the Account Restrictions tab
    3. In the Restriction drop-down field, select one of the following:
      • Allow use of all accounts: allows any accounts to be used
      • Allow use of selected accounts: allows only those accounts selected to be used
      • Restrict use of all accounts: restricts use from all accounts
      • Restrict use of selected accounts: restricts only those accounts selected
    4. If either Allow use or restrict use of selected accounts is selected, you may then choose to include the accounts by range, query, or selected.
    5. Select the appropriate range, query, or accounts
    6. Save the project record
