1. Open a new Outlook appointment.
2. Enter the appointment information along with the correct start date and time.
3. Click Create Link and scroll to action. Note: In Office 2007, select the Add-Ins tab to access the Create Link option.
4. Choose to link to an existing action or to add a new action to a constituent, appeal, or event.
5. Click Next and verify that all the action information is correct. This is how it will appear on the record.
6. Click Finish.
7. Save and close the new Outlook appointment.
