1. Temporarily disable any anti-virus applications or scanners before installing
  2. Grant the SYSTEM and Administrators group FULL Control (BB3124) of the specific file(s) listed in error message.
  3. If you are unable to grant permissions to the specified file(s), then take ownership of the file(s) and grant the permissions listed in Step 1.
    (NOTE:  Follow the steps included in the below links to change the owner of all subcontainers and objects within the tree as well:
