The Seating Validation Report warns you about potential seating issues. For example, groups not seated together, guests not seated with registrant host, and sponsored participants not seated together.

The report also includes a layout summary, alerting you to items added or removed since the last time you accessed the Seating Setup wizard; lists all participants who have not yet been seated; and generates a seating summary, displaying total participants in the event, total number of seats needed, number of seats assigned, and number of seats still available. 

On the General tab, choose the event to report on and the selected sections.

  • Groups not seated together - Select this option if you want to see every member of a group not seated at the same higher level item (table/row, unless other is selected in which case a section).
     
  • Guests not seated with registrant host - Select this options if you want to see guests not seated at the same higher level item (table/row, unless other is selected in which case a section) as their registrant host.
     
  • Sponsored participants not seated together - Select this option if you want to see two registrants within a sponsorship list for the same sponsor not seated at the same higher level item (table/row, unless other is selected in which case a section).
     
  • Layout summary - Select this option if you want to see a summary of the layout, with a list of Sections, the Tables/Rows in each Section, and the Number of Seats, Number Assigned, and Number Open for each Table/Row.
     
  • Unseated participants - Select this option if you want a list of all participants who have not yet been seated.
     
  • Seating summary - Select this option to see total participants in an event, total number of seats needed, and the number of seats still available.
