Complete the following steps in order until the issue is resolved:

    If installing or updating on a workstation or a server:

    1. Repair the Deploy Folder. Re-run setup.exe. (Note: If installing or updating on a workstation, run setup.exe from the deploy folder. If installing or updating on a server, run setup.exe from the install folder)
    2. Use Process Monitor and grant the appropriate permissions to any file or folders the Windows account is being denied access to.

     If applying a patch on a workstation or a server:

    1. Repair the Deploy Folder. Re-run the patch.
    2. Use Process Monitor and grant the appropriate permissions to any file or folders the Windows account is being denied access to.
