• In Records, click Gifts.

    • Click Open a Gift and search for and open the appropriate gift.

    • On the Tribute tab, open the tribute.

    • Select a letter for the acknowledgee.

    • In Mail, highlight Honor/Memorial Acknowledgement Letters.

    • Open an existing mailing parameter or create a new one.

    • On the Fields to include tab, select Hon/Mem, Acknowledgee letter. The letter is now available to use as a condition.

      Note: The Letter condition is only available when creating Honor/Memorial Acknowledgement Letters per gift.
