1. Define a default account distribution.
  2. In Records, Invoices, open the invoice.
  3. Select the GL Distribution tab.
  4. Select From Table.
  5. Select an existing default set or click New.
  6. If you click New, enter a name for the default set and the default information.
  7. Click Save and Close.
  8. Click OK.
  9. Save and Close the invoice.
