A Sender Policy Framework record allows ISPs to specify which computers on the Internet can send an email for a specific domain.  Having an SPF record set up on your domain can help to prevent emails from being identified as SPAM. 

All Blackbaud NetCommunity or Internet Solutions email, with exception to email forwarding, is routed through a mass mailing service located in our Boston data center.  An email message can originate from any of the IP addresses listed below: ( - ( - ( -

If you do not have an existing SPF record, you should reach out to your IT resources and/or your mail service provider.  Your SPF record for your domain should include both your own mail service as well as the IP addresses for the mass mailing service Blackbaud NetCommunity or Internet Solutions uses.

The following should be added to an existing SPF record:  

include:outboundmail.blackbaud.net ~all

Example of an existing SPF record:
v=spf1 mx ip4: include:spf.messagelabs.com ~all 

Example SPF record with the IP addresses for Blackbaud's mass mailing service added:
v=spf1 mx ip4: include:spf.messagelabs.com  include:outboundmail.blackbaud.net ~all
