Note: Before you proceed with the following instructions, back up the database. If your organization integrates multiple Blackbaud products, refer to the Additional Requirements section of the backup solution.

  1. Create a relationship query of the contacts to change
  2. Click Administration, Globally Change Records
  3. Select Individual/Contact/Employee Relationship and click New Change
  4. On the Global Change screen, click Include, Selected Individual/Contact/Employee Relationships and search for query from step 1
  5. Change Show: All Fields to Show: Individual/Contact/Employee Relationships
  6. Select the Do not mail to this contact field
  7. Select Add as the operation and Unchecked in the Add field to unmark it or select Checked to mark it
  8. Mark the checkbox to Overwrite existing value
  9. Click OK
  10. Click Change Now
