When dropping a student from one term of a class, the student is removed for multiple terms.
Adjust Business Rules if necessary: 1. In Configuration, select Business Rules 2. Highlight Scheduling in the list on the left 3. Unmark the checkbox for the Business Rule: Reflect student schedule changes in 4. In Scheduling, drop the student from the appropriate term.
Download and install the latest patch, which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch.
