Try the following steps in order until resolved: 
    1. Log out of the hosted software that is generating the error message.
    2. Add a printer to your workstation (it will automatically become the default printer). If there is already a default printer, change the default printer to another printer, then change it back to the original printer.
    3. Re-open the hosted application and run the Print Preview.
    The report runs without receiving the error message.
