Occurs when adding or removing an entry in the Scheduling Calendar
Occurs when editing the First Day of Cycle for a term of an Academic year
Occurs when editing the start or end dates for a term of an Academic year
Attendance records exist for the selected term

 
  1. Open Attendance.
  2. Remove any attendance for days that fall after the date to be changed. This includes student attendance entries and the Attendance Taken checkbox.
  3. Open Configuration, Academic Year, Session. Edit the Scheduling calendar to add or remove days classes are not in session. Save changes.
  4. Re-enter attendance for all classes that was removed.
