Try each of the following steps in order until the error is resolved:

1. Run GPA calculations for the appropriate marking column(s)

2. Select the appropriate session
  1. In Mail select Forms/Report Cards and open the Report Card parameter.
  2. Select the Summary/Notes tab.
  3. Open the Academic Summary section.
  4. Select the Columns tab and open the appropriate column, for example the GPA Column.
  5. In the Column Comments section, change Session to Report from Latest session with a value, to the Session the report card is run for, such as Regular.
  6. Click OK.
  7. Click OK and Click Preview.
3. Select the appropriate GPA Type and Calculation:
  1. In Mail, click Forms, and open the report card
  2. Select the Summary/Notes tab
  3. Open the Academic Summary section
  4. Select the Columns tab
  5. Open the GPA Column and select the appropriate GPA Type and Calculation
4. Recreate GPA section
  1. In Mail, Forms, open the Report Card or transcript parameter
  2. Select the Details tab
  3. Highlight the GPA section
  4. Click Delete on the Action bar
  5. Recreate the GPA section
