The Donor Category tables are the tables used to run the Donor Category report. Follow these steps to set up donor categories:

    • In Configuration, highlight Tables, Donor Categories - Table 1, Donor Categories - Table 2, or Donor Categories - Table 3.
    • Click New Table Entry.
    • In the Name field, enter the giving level name (e.g., Sustainer, Benefactor, or Patron).
    • In the Minimum amount field, enter the lowest level of giving for that particular donor category. For example, if all constituents giving a total of at least $100,000 are in the President's Circle, enter $100,000 as the minimum amount for that category.
    • Click OK.
    • Repeat these steps for each category in the table.
