How to run a Gift Summary broken down by Fund for more than one constituent at a time
1. Open a constituent record. 2. Select View, Summaries, Gift Summary from the menu bar 3. Set up the parameters for the summary as needed (Date range, filters, etc.) 4. Run the constituent Gift Summary 5. Select to breakdown by Fund and close the summary 6. Click Reports, Profiles, Lists, and Directories 7. Create a constituent profile. 8. On the Profile Contents tab, right-click the first group name and click Deselect all. 9. Scroll down to and select Gift Summary 10. Preview the report
This report pulls its information based upon how the Gift Summary is set up from a constituent's record. You will have a gift summary for each constituent and the totals will be broken down by fund.
