• In the Word document, select File, Print from the menu bar

    • On the Print screen in the Page range box, select Pages

    • In the field to the right of Pages, enter sX-sY, where X and Y are the letter numbers. For example, to print the first through the fifth letters in the mail merge, enter s1-s5.

    • Click OK
