The Conflicts Report provides a list of scheduling conflicts for teachers, rooms, or students.
  1. Important notes

    • When you create a report to show conflicts for students, only students who have a student progression for the selected school and academic year are included.
    • Withdrawn and dropped classes are not included for students.
    • When you create a report to show conflicts for teachers or rooms, only teachers and rooms that are valid for the selected school are included.


  2. How to run the Conflicts Report
    1. On the Reports page, click Scheduling Reports.
    2. From the list on the left, select Conflicts Report.
    3. Click New on the action bar.
    4. On the General tab, in the Print conflicts for fields, you can select Teachers, Rooms, or Students.
    5. Select the school, academic year, session, and start terms.
    6. You can mark the Create an output query checkbox.
    7. In the Report orientation field, select Portrait or Landscape.
    8. Select the Meetings tab to limit the scheduling conflicts included in the report based on the times that the classes meet.

    9. In the Limit results by field, select Block, Period, or Time of Day.
      • If you select Block, select the patterns and blocks to include in the report.
      • If you select Period, select the days and periods to include in the report.
      • If you select Time of Day, select the days and times to include in the report.

    10. Select the Filters tab to restrict the output in the report based on the classes, courses, faculty, rooms, and students that you select.
    11. Select the Columns tab to select the columns to appear on the report.
    12. Select the Format tab to determine how the report appears. For example, in the Detail section, you can select to include the time and other identifying fields (such as cycle day and period) in the conflict list.
