If it has not already been done, click Tools > Create EFT Transmission File to charge the credit cards, then attempt to commit the batch again.

This issue has been known to occur after the credit cards have been processed and have authorization codes populated.  Check with your credit card processor to verify if the credit cards were in fact processed. If so, click Yes to the message and commit the batch.

If the credit cards were not processed, click No to the message. Clear any authorization codes and then process the credit cards again.
