The Student Attendance Report shows attendance records for selected students in summary or detail.

To run a Student Attendance Report:
  1. In Registrar's Office, open Reports
  2. Under Attendance Reports, select Student Attendance Report and click New
  3. On the General tab, select the School, date range to include, the report format, and how to display the attendance
  4. On the Filters tab, select any necessary filters for the report
  5. On the Columns tab, add or remove any columns for the class information
  6. On the Format tab, select any necessary options for the report
  7. Save, and Print or Preview the report
