Try each of the following steps in order until the issue is resolved:
  1. Ensure Integration is being accessed from either Admissions Office or Registrar's Office. Integration is not unavailable if working in other modules such as General Ledger.
  2. Unlock integration in the appropriate product. (BB251882)
  3. Ensure both The Raiser's Edge and The Education Edge are installed on the workstations on which users need to access Integration. (BB57039) Note: It is not necessary to log into both programs to access Integration. It is only necessary to install the programs.
  4. Ensure users have rights to Integration in the selected module.  (BB714951)
