Click Yes to the error message and try each of the following steps in order until the issue is resolved:

  • Select another student.
  • Change the status of the student:
    1. In Records, click Students and open the appropriate student record.
    2. On the Bio 1 tab, in the Current status field select a status that is available in Business Rules.
    3. Click Save and close.
  • Edit Business rules for Scheduling:
    1. In Configuration, click Business Rules, highlight Scheduling on the left navigation window
    2. On the right in the Include the following statuses when scheduling: section mark the check boxes for the statuses of students to include in the scheduling process.
    3. Navigate away from Configuration to save the changes.
