Try each of the following steps in order until the issue is resolved.
 

  1. Log into The Education Edge on the web server
     
  2. Verify the version number matches the patch installed on the database server.
     
  3. Restart the IIS Admin Service
     
  4. Log into Faculty Access for the Web on the web server
